To commemorate the centenary of the 1917 October Revolution in Russia, the Zentrum Paul Klee and the Kunstmuseum Bern will present the exhibition The Revolution is dead on April 13. Long live the Revolution!. Curated by Kathleen Bühler, Michael Baumgartner and Fabienne Eggelhöfer, presents a panorama of artistic production also probing on how art reflects social revolution, with a scope that ranges from the Russian avant-garde to the minimal and conceptual art of the 1960s and 70s. Among the artists selected to compose the show are Geraldo de Barros, who presents nine photos from the series Fotoformas, and Waldemar Cordeiro, with three paintings of the 1950s. The exhibition can be visited until July 9th.
